Please review the following before making your request.
- Only requests made by church members will be granted
- Groups must provide thier own paper goods
- All areas must be cleaned and trash must be taken out before leaving
- All lights in facility need to be turned out when finished
- Keys must be picked up from the church office and must be returned to church office next business day
